RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns are subject to our return policy and procedures.

Terms & Condition apply:

Phallika only accepts items that are still in its original condition.

- The item/s must be unused with the original tags still attached. You must also make the return within the time frames.

- To claim for a return, you can return the original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the product payment method. *Returns exclude shipping costs

1.    Please fill out the return form appropriately. Please email our customer service for the form: info.phallika@gmail.com.
2.    Please include the return form and your garment/s in an appropriate postage package. We highly recommend using an Australia Post office delivery             method with the tracking number for all returns as we are not responsible for any losses/damages during their return to us.


 3.    Send your items to our back to our Head Office below:

4.     Please kindly allow us to prepare for your return up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once we have received the item/s.

        An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.

All return packages are not included in the order cost. If you wish to return an order this will need to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly received.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you have received an item from us that is faulty. Please note that we process our faulty items the same as regular returns, so please follow the above method & the faulty claim will be assessed at our head office, after which you will be contacted and your garment will be exchanged or refunded depending on your claim.

Full price item/s (including promotional price) or faulty items are entitled to

Sale price item/s are entitled to

*Refunds are not applicable for the full-priced items purchased with a credit note and/or as an exchange item.

*If the customer wishes to exchange for an item that is of lesser value than the item they are returning, the customer will receive a partial credit along with the exchange.
