SHIPPING COST

PHALLIKA uses our trusted Australian Post to deliver our goods. Our shipping method uses the tracking system which gives you a number that allows our customers to track the packages journey. Shipping costs are determined by the location in which the package is being delivered and is generally the most standard option we can offer.

PHALLIKA does not operate on weekends and holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

All our products are made to order, that means that we make our items as soon as you order. This may take some time because we craft your order to meet your requirements. We like to create as little waste as possible, which is why we produce every garment for our customers directly. The standard time it takes is 1 - 2 weeks, so please understand that your order may take a little bit longer to get to you as expected.
